RBT PDU: Behavioral Skills Training (BST) For RBTs

This course qualifies for 1 Learning Type (General) Professional Development Units (PDUs)

Training is a large part of the overall RBT responsibilities in sessions. RBTs may be training staff members or caregivers on how to implement behavior programming. If we are going to spend time providing training and guidance, however, we want to ensure that we are using the most effective methods to do so. In this talk, Dr. Shane T. Spiker will provide an in-depth look at how we can use behavioral skills training (BST) to enhance our training practices.
