Online CEU: ACT Series (Part 02) - Values, Committed Action, and Present Moment

This event introduces 3 of the ACT core processes that lead to one obtaining psychological flexibility. The journey begins by discussing values and how they are an integral part of how one responds to stimuli throughout their day to day activities. Next up is the core process of committed action which identifies how your core values lead to actions that we all take day to day, and the difficulties we each face when moving towards those actions that bring us closer to our values. Finally, we explore the need for staying in the “present moment” to be able to lean into values and take those committed actions to allow full control. All concepts are intertwined with personal level and client focused in ABA practice.
