Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide expert support to enhance student success and classroom management.
- Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) & develops Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Classroom Management Assistance
A classroom-wide behavior management system is an effective way of enhancing behavior of an entire group of students, while maximizing academic participation and achievement.
By focusing on the behaviors that are desirable versus attempting to extinguish the undesirable behaviors, more time will be available for academic presentation and building respectful caring relationships between students and staff.
This comprehensive program includes:
- Training to teachers on principles of behavior, preventative measures, behavioral management strategies, and a token system to reward positive behavior.
- Classroom Management Inventory which helps identify environmental barriers.
- Hands-on implementation by a behavior analyst to ensure support to the teacher and students.
- Teachers will also be shown how to complete preference assessments for rewards and be evaluated on the effectiveness of their implementation of the token system.
This program is roughly a 6-8 week program designed to promote generalization and maintenance of desired behaviors.
