Desirae began working under the direction of Dr. Michael Nolan as a Behavior Assistant when the company was first established in 2007. During her years with PBS, Desirae has worked in both administrative positions focusing on the growth and expansion of PBS as well as provided direct ABA services to clients. The roles that she has occupied over the years are Behavior Assistant, Registered Behavior Technician, Student Analyst, Executive Administrative Assistant, Event Coordinator, and Human Resource Manager. Over the years, Desirae's passion for working with adults and children with developmental disabilities flourished resulting in her continuing her formal education. Desirae completed her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis degree in December 2019. Desirae recently became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Desirae's interests are primarily focused around family outings with her two daughters.
