Elaine joined the ABA field during her undergraduate coursework and summer internships with Florida International University. She earned her Master’s degree from Florida Institute of Technology in 2018 and immediately became a BCBA that year. She has worked with the Miami-Dade regional team with PBS since 2013 across many different capacities, including: Behavior Assistant, Student Analyst, BCaBA/Assistant Lead Analyst, BCBA/Senior Behavior Analyst, and Co-Regional Coordinator. Elaine is currently a Clinical Director for Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas. Her clinical experience is primarily with children, teenagers, and adults, in the home, school, community, and group-home settings. She has also enjoyed her Co-Regional Coordinator and Regional Director roles, especially collaborating with, and supporting other leadership team members.
