Moniek earned her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. She completed her practicum working with children with severe and challenging behaviors in the educational setting and completed her internship at the SIU Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders where she assisted with programming for social skills and social outing groups. Moniek has presented at both national and local conferences including FABA and ACBS. Moniek has been working with children and adults with developmental disabilities since 2009.
