I worked in the medical insurance claims and resolution field from 2008-2014. The opportunity arose at PBS to work for our clients rather than the insurance companies and I welcomed the change with open arms! I have been in the ABA field since September 2014 when I was introduced to ABA as the Client Services Specialist for Dallas/Fort Worth. I have assisted several regions in the CSS capacity and currently assist the Massachusetts region. In 2017, I went back to grad school and became an RBT. I graduated with my M.S. in Psychology with an ABA emphasis in 2018. I have plans of sitting for my BCBA exam in 2019!
