I have taught students with autism for 7 years in the public school system. Before that, I volunteered in a classroom for students with autism and worked as a paraprofessional with students with disabilities while I was in high school and college. My undergraduate and master’s degree are both for working with special needs students. My master’s program was also specially designed to include components for working with students with autism. I am currently an adjunct professor at IRSC and instruct teachers on evidence based methods for working with students with autism. I completed my programming to be a BCBA at FIT.
