Who may ask questions?
Parents or Caregivers of individuals diagnosed with autism who are seeking applied behavior analysis services may ask questions here.
What kinds of question may I ask?
We have made this services available to allow caregivers to ask questions about the process of initiating services and any questions
about what PBS Corp. services typically entail in a home and community setting. Caregivers may ask questions they have about Applied
Behavior Analysis services and the roles of the behavior analysts, as conductors of the assessment and plan development process,
and ongoing training, monitoring, and evaluation. Many parents have questions about what typical ABA services will look like and what to expect.
Parents may ask some of these questions here. Parents may ask questions about the availability of analysts in there geographic areas
and may be made aware of any waiting lists that may be present. Parents may ask questions regarding what insurance companies are accepted
at PBS Corp and other funding options.
What kinds of questions will not be answered?
Medical advice will not be given and specific questions on treatment methods for a particular individuals will not be given.
Because our services are highly individualized and based on a thorough assessment of the individual’s behaviors any discussion of individual
recommendations would not be appropriate. For individuals already assigned an analyst through PBS Corp should speak directly to their
analyst
or regional coordinator to obtain get assistance.
