Mrs. Tracy Smith-Kong, BCBA, Clinical Director
Tracy Smith-Kong is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. She received her certificate to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in April of 2005. Tracy has over 15 years of experience working with children with severe behavior problems, children and adults with Autism and other disabilities, such as Down's syndrome, Lesch-Nyhan syndrome, Rett's syndrome, etc. She has worked in a variety of settings such as in schools, workshops, a senior center, in client's home, group homes and in Intermediate Care Facilities. She is a member of the Orange County Local Review Committee (LRC) for the Agency for Person's with Disabilities, a member of the Autism Society, and a member of the Florida Association of Behavior Analysis. She has received training in Pivotal Response Training, Alzheimer's disease, Early Intervention, OSHA, and HIPAA. Tracy began working with PBS Corporation in September 2013 as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the Orlando Regional Coordinator. Tracy lives in Orlando, Florida with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys traveling, learning, and spending time with her family.
